Error 0 with the cloud system

error 0 when communicating with the cloud system. 

I went into Vigor and it gave me this error 0, I updated the licenses, reinstalled the game and it doesn’t help, please tell me what to do? I don’t want to lose my account from 2k o’clock 🥶😭

Hi @unlike_potato5, we're sorry that you're experiencing this error 0. We currently do not have an easy fix for this, but our team is continuing too look into this error 🛠️
Are you able to play the game through a different account on your P,layStation console or is that also affected by Error 0? Can you also please let us know which country, state or region you're playing from 🙏🍅

and hello again, I tried to log in from another Playstation 4 account and nothing worked either( I live in Russia) I also tried to reboot the router while on the PS and DNS network and tried to log in, but it didn’t help, my provider is "Rostelecom"
