Dependency can't be added

Hello there,

 

i just can't find my mistake on this one.

Im trying to make a mod for all my verhicles- but when i select them as dependencys while creating a new project it just starts a blank page without the mods.

 

15:29:33.929   ENGINE    (E): Addon 'WCS_Mi-24V' dependency '629B2BA37EFFD577' can't be added
15:29:33.929   ENGINE    (E): Addon 'test3' dependency '628933A0D3A0D700' can't be added

 

Please help me out :D
