Workbench very laggy/crashes when loading world file. (Eden.ent)

Hello, 

The app is unusable once I load an ent file, Eden.ent/Arland.ent. The world loads fast enough but after that it won't respond/takes very long to respond to any input. Moving the camera around/doing anything has a 20 second input lag. I monitored my gpu/cpu/memory and none are close to being maxed, I don't understand. The game itself runs great, both the game and the tools are installed on the same m.2 drive. Here is the last console log I had. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
