Heli Cyclic Binding not working

Default binding for "Cyclic Back" (S) does not work nor does (mouse vertical up). I am on Xbox so going into files is not an option. If anyone can help/fix this issue that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on PC... and had the same issue.

 

I heard you have to rebind all your controls. I did it and it worked. Try.
