Orca guided DAGR rockets (unguided)

I don't understand why everywhere is wrote that Orca is armed with "guided" DAGR missiles of actually they are not guided
Orca's DAGR missles does not show any laser on radar (im not sure if even Orca has a radar) i cannot engage any vehicle by heat its even does not show any vehicle on radar
