using Q and E to lean doesn't work all the time

hello, anytime that I try to either use default Q and E to lean or switch the toggle lean to just Q and E the character will lean right for both keys or not lean at all, also the mouse button 4 and 5 are automatically bound to a hidden function and can't be removed from them with one being used to zoom in while not ADSing and another to temporarily point, I just installed the game and already feel like not playing it anymore due to this bug

I have set leaning to del and pgdown and found it working very poorly too.
