*IFRIT 0 Posted July 12, 2003 Hello BIS. I think The Game has very serious bug or maybe a some defect in multiplayer. Some players erase a  tmp folder during game and thus all CUSTUM Faces are erased at some players and those players after that run with the white faces and them it is visible very well even on far distances. I think that is looks like as a some Cheat. Therefore I want to ask a question: Is it possible to make in next patch 1.92 that it will impossible to delete a tmp folder ? benu 1 Posted July 13, 2003 Yeah, and it's known for ages, but 1.91 was officially the last patch and now there will be 1.92 to patch some serious bugs only which that one may just not be part of, so i guess you have to live with that bug until ofp2. Sometimes all players will have white faces/hands and no squad logos will be shown, only squad info displayed. I know this is the server doing it (not cheaters) because it can happen if only 1 player is connected. It seems as if maybe the files in the temp folders arent being read correctly. Yes I know it happens on some servers, but not so often. When some players erase tmp folder even nobody can't to know it. benu 1 Posted July 14, 2003 On our server we never had that problem, so i can't help you with that one. Did you check on the server when something like that happened to see if something was different (missing tmp folder, wrong permissions, disk full, network problems)?
