How can i get the road lod to work in 1.46

I have made some billdings for helis to land on in o2 and the road LOD works fine in version 1.91 but not in version 1.46 how can i get it to work.

or do you need to do it in a diferen way for OFP Version 1.46

Roadway LOD doesn't work in 1.46 - only in Resistance. You can walk around on it with soldiers, but with 1.46 it either won't work very well or it won't work at all.
