The only one off hand that i know about is from one of the best texture artists in the community...marfy... he has a few tutorials on making wheels and camoflauge and making damaged and mudy steel and armor... Marfy Art Also, I think somewhere out there ...there is a forum specifically for texture artists using photoshop, might try doing a search on google or something for it.
