Kowak94 0 Posted January 7 Hello, I have been playing Arma 3 for a while without any problem on my old computer (Win 7); I bought a new one with higher specs (I've got both Win 10 and Win 11 on the same machine) and installed Arma 3. I ran in the "Steam authentication error", so that each time I try to play in a server, after a while I get kicked. This can happen after few minutes of playing or after hours, it is not constant. I have seen multiple threads on the forum and I have tried different fixes (run steam as administrator, check arma3 profile if it is on read, delete steam, delete arma3, close any other steam applications running on the same time on other machines) but nothing has changed. This is very annoying and, alone, I don't see any way to fix this. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Darkus The King 0 Posted February 14 I've same issue , also tried everything on internet, nothing helps (i'm on macbook) If I run the version for Mac, then I can play either a couple of minutes or a couple of hours on the server, and then the game will crash as soon as my character is loaded onto the server I found a solution to this problem, though only for me and it is super inconvenient - I run Arma 3 through Paralles (Win 11 emulator) - I go to the server and load my character, then I log in again with the Mac version and I can play again from a few minutes to a couple of hours until it crashes and displays this error Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
