Why can I place stuff in the editor but not zeus?

I'm not sure if this was posted already, but I couldn't find it. Anyways on some specific things like a squad or fireteam from a mod, I cannot place it while in Zeus, but it works perfectly fine in the Editor. Why is it happening, and is there a fix?
