Rotation animate troubles

Whether rotation at once on two axes for example is possible to make such question as it is necessary to me that the chassis at the plane was cleaned(removed) here is how, all over again it turns and then develops half-and-half and comes into a sluice

its not posible to have something rotating on something else that rotates on a plane class.

doesn't the rotation points that are defined the same as the rotation selection move when rotating?

SHIT thats strange

but if the catlinggun on the Cobra can then thes should be duable too(the barrels rotates while firing and the gun moves around at the same time) .
