I haven't been able to update the data. Can you help me check what's wrong with my account?

Why can’t the supplies and airdrops brought out from the encounter, as well as my kill data, be updated?

This sounds like a similar issue that another player on Switch recently experienced. Can you please confirm if you are experiencing a similar problem to the player who created this post? 🙏🍅

Yes, I have the same problem. Currently, the settlement page is missing after evacuating. Weapons, ammunition and other resources cannot be taken out, and they remain in the same state as before entering, with no consumption and no increase. And the performance data is not recorded and updated. Unfortunately, such a problem will affect the fun and enthusiasm of the game. If you can, please help me solve this problem. Thank you very much for your reply and help.

I think the same thing has happened to me for two seasons. I thought that with the update the game was going to be recovered but it's still the same and it's just my main account why I opened another one with another user, and in that new amount I can acquire all the rewards and lose weapons when I lose the game and I think it only happens for Nintendo switch, I hope the developers tak e this into account,and help us solve it.
