I've just downloaded the M109 paladin from operation flashpoint cz and when i tryd to use the map artillerie thingy they said something in an strange language (not french )

so euh... could someone translate that or just give an manual or sort of..

Thank for the translation, i enjoy this addon a lot, the only problem is that the script only fire on a acuratte way when the M109 or the russian counterpart are at the same absolute heigth.

I have been cheking this script and i am going to try to contact with Hawk to expose a couple of ideas.

Well, I don't know Polish, but I'm working on a very similar (and generalized) version of pretty much the same thing (for paladins, mortars, mlrs and towed guns), so I can tell you what the author is trying to do:

This is the 2-dimensional distance between the tube and the target. You'd say "range"

magm109 is the projectile. as you can see, he's got three types, which differ according to the charge (muzzle velocity, as indicated by v)

I don't understand this one. I assume the person is trying to get maximum range at charge, but sin 100 should be negative, no? so range should be negative.

the sidechat after words would be:

Here the person is calculating the elevation to fire at assuming gravity and no drag.

It's on the right track, but still pretty crude. Those who have tested it -- how far out does it actually fire? Can you break the 3200m barrier?
