Make tank load HEAT in editor?

I want a tank to have HEAT loaded at the start of mission for an attack on infantry. The AI gunners do not seem to know that they should load HEAT for atacking infantry squad.

What is the command or setting for load HEAT with a tank unit?

Try write in INIT field of tank

this action["WEAPON", "HEAT120"]

HEAT120 - for abrams. For M60 "HEAT105"
