Panzer crews released recently

Hi. I cannot download the German panzer crew add-on recently posted on ofp gamezone.cz or anywhere else. I need it for the Panzer mk ivH. I have been trying to get the crews but to no avail. Could someone post a direct link to getting the crews. I already have the armor. Or e-mail at address below .

This is the English version of flashpoint.ru.  Click on archives on the right and go to February, 2003.  The addon makers name is Ingeneer, use edit -> find (on this page) and look for his name.  The units are about halfway down the page.  They require Upminder's MOHAA weapons pack, there is a link right there for them as well.
