Json format (limitations)

We have a problem with the Json format,

Json format doesn't handle comments .

And

Reforger doesn't start if using "phony" pairs in the json file, like : "_comment": "Put your JSON comment here" .

So

If you want to provide us with a way to comment our server's configuration's files,

you need to:

Or "modify" you version of "json" so it can handle comments

Or you "modify" Reforger so it accepts phony pairs, which are for us Comments Or your implementation of commenting .

 

I think I do not have to explain the importance of comments in code programming AND configuration files.
