Unable to Start Dedicated Server (MacOs Monterey 12.7)

As the title suggests I am unable to start a dedicated server using the following command in Arma 3 folder with terminal { ./Arma3.app/Contents/MacOS/Arma3 --args -server -config=Server.cfg -port=2302 -profiles=ServerLogs -exthreads=1 -mod= }. I am able to host a server in-game perfectly fine with all 71 mods loaded no issues but even a clean vanilla dedicated server won't start or is frozen. The server app opens but its just a bunch of grey pixels and no logs are being saved in ServerLogs folder. I would really like to get the dedicated server working instead of using the ingame hosting as I have no need for a client on this computer.

I would like to say it runs pretty smooth considering it's a port for MacOs and I'm achieving similar fps as Windows port while hosting a server ingame which is pretty sweet.

Any tips or suggestions would be great.
