Arma 3 config scope=2 and scopecurator=2 for a flag

Hello, I've made a flag mod for myself to use, the flag appears in the Eden editor as it should but it doesn't show up in Zeus. I've got almost no clue how arma scripting works but can anyone help me make this show up in Zeus?
