I'm running a one-life-only dedicated server for an Antistasi game. How can I tempban someone who has died for 12 hours?

Basically having an automated tempban for 12 hours anytime someone dies in my dedicated server would be great since its a one-life game of antistasi (they can respawn the next day thats fine).

The ability for admins or regular players to unban someone incase they are killed due to bugs or something would also be great.

But I don't know how to write scripts for these.

My dedicated server is with Armahosts but they asked me to come here since that wasn't in their area of expertise.
