GunnDawg 0 Posted July 22, 2023 It's been about 10-15 years since playing ArmA and decided to get back into it. Bought all DLC, and things are running great! Although I do have some questions. What are some of the *must have* mods these days? I only play single player stuff but so far I've got ACE installed, and a few of those Dynamic Recon Ops missions for some random replayability. I guess I'd be interested in any of the must have graphical enhance ents, anything on top of ACE for realism, and whatever the more popular sound overhaul mod there is. I know a lot of that is personal opinion, but some games often have that ONE mod that everyone agrees on. Two more unrelated questions. Again I'm using ACE, is it possible to call for a medic or one of your AI mates to patch you up and stop bleeding? I have (From what I can tell) the ACE medical system enabled but sometimes see a message in the top right saying something like "You're using vanilla health, screenshot and send to...."
