DEADSCAPE 1 Posted June 11, 2023 Recently I have gotten into Terrain Creation, however, I am trying to find out how to get height maps. I was using the following, however, I think I made mistakes: https://heightmap.skydark.pl/ The Map Size on the heightmap generator isn’t based on km^2, but actually km, and after reading a comment on a Terrain Creation tutorial they stated that the Map Size was just the length of one size and not the area. Seems about right because my map seems small in comparison to actual size of island in the real world. Anyone have any answers on that.
