concrete_block.p3b Missing cannot load old map

Loading some old custom maps and I get, error missing.

"corepatch\corepatch_additionalobjects\models\concrete_block.p3b (magic)"

Check cache of Arrma 2 Arrowhead and Arma 2

unzip a back up of @LEA
@MAP
@ASG
@Community base addons: CO. 

3D editor cannot find the,

"Objects (Training)

Concrete Block"

 

OLD custom maps cannot find

"corepatch\corepatch_additionalobjects\models\concrete_block.p3b (magic)"

In the 3D editor open F5 Vehicles

Objects (Training)

Concrete Block

The object "Concrete Block" can be found used and saved in a new map but I cannot load any old maps because Arma2 ArrowHead cannot find the concrete block?

Have reinstalled Arma 2 and Arrow head.
