Hermaderman 0 Posted September 3, 2022 About the 86th The 86th Company is an infantry company who is the main assault force of Task Force Jackal. The unit is running a thorough campaign where we take on a Russian backed PMC, which gives more dynamics to our operations and requires a lot more input for our operations to be successful. As part of the 86th, your main task will be to assault enemy positions and hold them until a logistical line has been setup by our engineers. We work together with other units to successfully finish our missions. About Task Force Jackal Task Force Jackal is currently an Arma 3 unit. We are a multinational unit simulating that of a specialised NATO task force. It is for this reason that we are able to take the best aspects of all NATO countries and compile them into one bad ass milsim community. Task Force Jackal comprises of 5 units: Tactical Operations Command - Command 86th "Shadow Company" - Infantry 339th SOAS - Air Detachment 42nd Combat Engineers - Engineers Each unit runs themselves internally within the Task Force, allowing us to utilise a tailored chain of command and content that is relevant to you. Long gone the days of switching yourself up at the behest of the unit, you join to do what you want to do and we facilitate that the best we can. Operations and Training BCT - Our manual is one page long, and our trainers will know whether or not they even need to read it. If you know what you're doing, it won't take more than 30 minutes or even shorter depending on how much experience you have. Main Operations - Support, Logistics and Pre-Attacks - Every Friday @ 1930 GMT +1 - Non mandatory but recommended Main Operations - Combined Arms - Every Saturday @ 1930 GMT +1 - Mandatory Our current operation is on Chernarus Winter. Open Positions We are currently looking for people to do everything, but the main ones are the following: Infantry Operators Rotary/Fixed Pilots Engineers Radio Operators - JFO/JTAC/TACP SARC - Medic - Needed Urgently General Information About the Group We have groups of people who play various games together outside the operations and Arma.
