Vehicle Despawn Rate

Good evening/morning to everyone,

 

So I have found it before granted it was a while back and for the life of me I cannot remember where it is located at. This is for Altis Life 5.0. I am looking for the vehicle despawn rate. I am looking at forcing where vehicles will not vanish on the server unless blown up.  Any help is appreciated on where to go look for this.
