Need help with json coding

Hello everyone, I've recently rented a server to start doing some private sessions with my buddies and I've been able to start a server with crossplay enabled, so far so good... My issue starts when trying to enable mods, I currently play on Xbox series X and so far all over the internet the only way to enable mods into a server it is through files downloaded from the workshop of the game itself with the json coding, but, my issue here is obviously because I own the version on the game for console I can only download mods into my console and I cannot access those files through there. Anybody knows if there's another way to download mods into my pc without actually having to REBUY the game on steam!??
