Need help with my dedicated server

Hello, 

 

I bought a dedicated arma 3 server from GTX Gaming and added my mods in, got them all added fine, and put in the mission in for the map i wanted (Liberation Lythium) and for some reason on the servers screen its saying creating but that it nothing else. 

 

could someone please help me or point me in the right direction
