I believe you misunderstood - I wasn't refering to FSPilot - but the afghanis.......and yes, even though FSPilot and I disagree on most subjects I'd still say he's a likable fellow.

Major, i was beginning to like you, but you didn't comment on my camel, anyway, I myself am a Firefighter, and have dealt with situations that I wouldn't wish on anyone, I've seen horrific burns on 1yr old babies, I have carried out smouldering corpses in bodybags, I am well accustomed to the horrors in life and know that with war such things will come, but whether we like it or not war is inevitible.

And the reason why your statement is stupid is because 1) we're not talking about Afghanistan, which IS about 09/11.  and 2) We are not attacking Iraq directly because of what happened on 9/11.<span id='postcolor'>

This sentence is DEFINATELY related (at least indirectly) to the war in Afghanistan, hence we are talking about Afghanistan, which is, as we both agree, about 9/11.

2) I agree that we are certainly not attacking Iraq because of what happened on 9/11. If you had read my post clearly, you'd have noticed that I listed it only as a partial excuse.

Once again, to clarify, My post was mostly addressing Fubar's post. He said, and once again I quote

So I said that Afghanistan is the only country to have been attacked over 9/11. A small portion of the proposed reasons for attacking Iraq are that its leader may have had connections with Al Qaeda. My conclusion is that only one country has been attacked by the US exclusively because of 9/11. All in all, I'm saying that Fubar's statement simply isn't true, and the US is, in fact, not using "S11 as an excuse to attack whoever they want."

Doesn't matter, it's not racism, "Afghanistan" isn't a race. If someone can come in here and call the whole of the United States a fool, I'm not about to let you make that man take his signature down because he insults a country.
