Error during communication with cloud service

I am getting an “Error during communication with cloud service” message when trying to load up Vigor. My friend is able to play at the moment and if I switch to another profile on my Xbox everything works fine. I would just use that account if I didn’t already spend $20 on the battle pass on my current account. 

This has been an issue for almost a week


Things I have tried:

1. Sign in and sign out of my profile

2. Hard reset my xbox

3. Reinstall the game
