Tacmat42 0 Posted April 22, 2020 Hello, The UAV Sentinel does not visually show a laser designator mark on a target when a target is lased by, for example, a team member on the ground. The laser mark does show in the radar screen but not in the turret view or pilot view. This visual laser mark does show when using the UAV Greyhawk which makes it possible to then find the target and conduct a bomb run towards the target and drop a laser-guided bomb at the right position - when the bomb cross hair aligns with the laser cross hair on the ground. The radar screen can be used to point the UAV in the general direction of the laser target but does not help with an accurate bomb release as described above. Is this omission for the Sentinel intentional or a bug? Why would the Greyhawk show the laser visual marker and not the Sentinel? It makes it much more difficult to conduct an accurate bomb run with no visual marker of the lased target. Is this something that can be implemented in the future? Thanks!
