Large gun bag will not open.

My game works fine but as of today I cannot open my large gun bag.

So far I tried standing far away from vehicles. Then I stood close to the back of a vehicle and it opened but that did me no good because I still could not get into my active inventory.

I tried logging out totally and logging back in.

I have verified the integrity of my files both through the dazy launcher and through steam and game properties.

I tried putting gun bag and ground and picking it back up.

I tried buying a new gun bag.

The gun bag still won't open.

This is for arma 2 operation arrowhead epoch.
