Tier 0 - Brand new to the unit, hasn't completed any training. Tier 1 - Has completed Basic and Rifleman training, and three operations. Tier 2 - Has completed Basic and Rifleman training, at least two specializations, and six operations. Tier 3 - Has completed Basic and Rifleman training, at least two specializations, leadership training and twelve operations. Tier 4 - Has completed Basic and Rifleman training, all specializations, and twenty-four operations. Tier 5 - Has completed Basic and Rifleman training, all specializations, forty-eight operations, and is willing to help in minor leadership matters of the GIF. The matters include, skill trainers, sponsors for Tier 0 members, and junior discord moderators. Tier 6 - Members of headquarters staff.
