Frodoteabaggin 0 Posted August 29, 2019 So I just started playing vigor and I like it so far, and would like to purchase some of the in game currency but I can’t, this message pops up every time. “you cannot buy or download because of how your account is set up. To change this, customize your Xbox live privacy setting in settings> account > privacy and online safety”. I don’t know what this has to do with anything I purchase stuff for my other games I play.
