At wit's end. main editor window doesn't show!

Ok here's the skinny on the problem. I've unzipped all the files according brsseb's tutorials. I've followed them to a T...Now, when I start up the Objectiv2Light, it gives me the "Objective2Light had encountered an error and needs to close" error..this happens EVERY TIME! I've uninstalled then reinstalled everything twice and still nothing. Now, when I start it up (and after I close the error window, NOTHING but the blue sky and green (or is it brown?) ground window appears..NOTHING ELSE..not even the Main Editor window!!

Why is this happening? Whats going on here? What can be done about this?

PS-I've also overwritten the Flashpoint.cfg file and NOTHING.

Im stumped syco...have you resolved this? I notice you say you did everything twice...only twice? Keep at it till its working.LOL I'm just kidding

As soon as you get it working without crashing at startup make sure you go in the config and set your dll dir and such.

Maybe if you tell me more I could suggest something better.

And sometimes it wise to reboot after you install something...did you install then reboot and try it?

Negative...I haven't resolved this annoying problem yet. I've booted and rebooted and still nothing. I'll tell ya anything you'd need to help me out. What would you like to know..I'm about to abandon my whole project.
