Disconnecting all the time from servers

Hi. First of all apologies in case that this has been mentioned before..

I'm on a 1mb Cablemodem connection, and my average ping on a server is around the 60 mark.

I can play for around 20 minutes, I always then get the dreaded yellow box, 10 seconds after that I get "no message recieved" up to about 70 seconds then 'connection lost to player'

Any ideas?? It never used to happen on 1.85...

It's happening all the time now.. Even when everyone else playing has simliar pings to myself..
