Turning off 3rd person

I need assistance in turning off things like 3rd person, tracers, etc on a linux dedicated server. I also attempted to modify the user's config in the users folder to no prevail... where and how do I modify these settings?

ok in user file go to player file then player config and add this line to the bottom

diff3rdPersonView[]={0,0};

save the config file then reboot server

hey presto 3rd person disabled and vet mode enabled

That's what I've been trying.  for some reason still, it still leaves 3rd person turned on.  Could something else be interfering with this /users/default/config file?

I also just now got it to work for some reason ... guess uploading my version of the game with multiple users was confusing it.
