Is there a way i can do a spawn selector? Please HELP!

Hi,

I'm trying to develop a life server and i need a script where every time you log in as either civilian , blufor or independent you get options on where to spawn.

Such as if you was a civilian you had the option of east and west etc...

I have seen one off other life servers but i don't have the knowledge on how to develop one or implement one.
