the instruction at referenced memory at 0x0000 the memory could not be written

Hi Guys, 

 

I am trying to open a Exile.ChernarusRedux.pbo in Eden editor, however when ever i go to open it i Arma3 crashes, and i get this message. "the instruction at referenced memory at 0x0000 the memory could not be written"

 

Any ideas ?
