Ai overcompensates for low velocity shells

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have several units that fire cannon shells in the 200-300 initspeed range. The AI is consistently firing over the heads of it's targets. This also happened when I changed the config file of the BMP to make it fire 73mm HEAT rounds at about 350 initspeed.

Has anyone found a solution to these aiming problems? Adjusting the konec hlavne and usti hlavne doesn't help. Nor does adjusting the mass of the tank shells.

These aiming problems are occurring with OFP units as well as custom units, so I have a feeling it's the projectile velocity at fault, but I can't confirm it.

If you have any thoughts on this matter, please share them.
