skins Changing Skins for the OPFOR

So I have been up and down the internet trying to figure out where and how exactly I go about changing the default OPFOR skins in Arma 3 for a Multiplayer dedicated server to one that looks like the Taliban but I am unable to find anything on how to change the skins or where the Taliban skin scripts may be, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
