VayHalen 0 Posted November 9, 2002 I soon will have Resistance and I would like to do some editing in dispersion values. I downloaded OFP manager but it gives an error. I know it requires Net Framework. But it seems to have a size of 130 megas! I'm a 56 k user. So, please, someone who have the config.bin v.1.85 from the Dynamic Range sound mod in cpp format can send it to me?
