Sound problems in Vehicles and Houses (also fps drain)

Hey guys, since the 64 bit update ist out, heres my list with Problems:
In Vehicles and Buildings, the sound gets verry poor (fixed when starting ArmA in 32 bit)

Heres a video of the Problem:

 

and also the Dropdown in the Eden Editor (for example the Zeus addons dropdown) isnt working anymore.

Arma 3 is (for me) only playable in 32bit.

Can anyone help me, how to fix this?
