[HELP] LOW FPS if not run as admin !!! but getting 'battleye is not enabled restart the game and enable it'

Hello,

When I run arma 3 as admin I get 50 fps,

When i don't run arma 3 as admin or launch via the arma 3 launcher I get 10 fps.

Here's the problem:
After running arma 3 as admin and connecting to a multiplayer server I get an error battleye is not enabled restart the game and enable it.

IF I CLICK ENABLE battlee , it restarts arma 3 and does not go into admin mode. resulsting in 10 fps.

 

Please is there any cmd command to fix this? or anything else?
