Unofficial addonslist

Actually I have allways wanted to create an addonslist for Unofficial addons adn information about every .PBO file.

But my skills to create this list isnt good at all. It shouldnt be just a list maybe  a small program where u can register your addons. and maybe the program shows a pic of the addon.

And for MODmakers it would be like a addonslistfile that only can be emailed to the updater and when the MOD is public then the updater could add the addonsfile so the new modaddons can be showed in the program.
