How to exit to menu WITHOUT SAVING?

Hello,

 

I have a frustrating problem. Im playing saveable missions with my friend in multiplayer. If I die in mission I would like to restart it from last save but I can't from the in-game menu. I can only exit to menu by using "Save & Exit" which will save game state with me dead. How can I load save in-game OR exit to menu without saving? For the time of writing this post I need to alt+f4 and restart the game to load save...

 

The save system sometimes work incorrectly too. It sometimes loads old saves or saves from mission beginning intead of later ones. Is there a way to load save chosen by me instead of automatic incorrect loading last one?

Eeeee is this so hard to answer question that nobody knows how to fix that? It's crucial feature...

Nice. So in order to play I need to Alt+F4 because devs didn't spend 5 minutes implementing option through whole years of development to make something usefull. Just great.
