New to moddeling - Need help importing a vehicle

I'm new to moddeling, like the title says and i want to import a vehicle.

I have no experience in blender or other tools like that, but a very little in O2.

I asked the creator for permissions to use it and he gave me the model + textures with the advice, not to sell it (wich I haven't planned or even thought about).
