Arma 3 Zeus not being able to place all objects

Ive been playing Arma Zeus for over 2 years now, but recently ive noticed that i wasnt able to put down certain objects, such as basic sandbags and other stuff. I thought in the start that it was my mods but i tried without mods aswell and theres still objects which are avaible in the editor but not in zeus.

It's a bug. They said they are going to fix it but as you can see...

this bug is present since 1.64... please fix it.
