Small question about setting VAC controls

I've searched and asked but no replies so hoping someone here can help.

 

SA I want to make Unit 2 go prone..

I say "Two" and it's selected.

I say "go prone" and nothing happens.

I'm wondering if it's how I've typed in the command. I need "7" to select Mode then "8" to "Go Prone"

What I've typed in is : 7,8 and now I'm wondering if there is some symbols , decimeters that should be used ie '7' ; '8'.

Help appreciated.
