pd3 25 Posted May 21, 2016 I have a few personal mods I've made that no longer seem to overwrite default weapon sounds, I'm not sure whether this has to do with something not entered into the cfgpatches array or some new way the sounds are handled.I have noticed SoundSetShot and the XXX_Shot_SoundShader class.Are these necessary to declare when overwriting stock weapon sounds now or is this just some kind of present bug affecting the game at the moment?I'm sorry if this issue was discussed elsewhere, but if I bring this discussion into sound mod specific forums they're likely to tell me "update my mod", and I just want to know how to fix this for my own sounds.EDITIt appears as if these entries are now part of a fundamentally different way A3 handles sounds.
