spuds82 11 Posted May 20, 2016 Can't join any servers with mods enabled even servers that allow mods... Doesn't matter what mod. All i left on was VTS resting once and still same thing every time... Used play withsix and the regular arma 3 launcher.. doesn't matter... edited the start parameters and left them alone either way doesn't matter... No matter what I do including a full reinstall and redownloading the mods the exact same thing happens..I connect, Select my class (like At, or recon, or whatever) It loads for a bit then gives me the usual config error that something is missing and its never the same message and happens rather mods are enabled or not and happens when it lets me play or doesn't. Then I click ok to make that go away, the loading screen comes back the little bar above the smaller server logo box goes across but the screen never goes away. I have sound and everything... my soldier guy will be calling out locations of enemies and stuff but the loading screen is still there... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

TheStainlessSteelRat 15 Posted May 21, 2016 It might be helpful to know what server you are trying to join, what mods are required and what mods you are loading? Whilst in most cases small cfg errors can be dismissed, maybe there is something required missing stopping you load? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

TheStainlessSteelRat 15 Posted May 21, 2016 I switch between different modded servers all day every day and not come across this. Any servers i have difficulty connecting to, i usually start by checking the mods are correct and same versions, if that seems in order i verify my arma3 in steam, close steam, restart computer and then re launch game. If it is a server i frequent often sometimes find clearing the mpmissionscache file helps usually c:\Users\ComputerName\AppData\Local\Arma3, this allows mission file to be re-downloaded on next connection. I'll repeat this until i can get in or i contact server host, where possible, for any troubleshooting. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ryse 0 Posted May 24, 2016 HELP! I get a arma exception log when i launch from steam. I have tried everything from reinstalling arma to reinstalling steam. Even tried verifying the game files and deleting the launcher and then try verifying.
